We're excited to announce something we've been working on for a long time: the ChannelMom Graduate Community Platform.
Why a Digital Community?
When our graduates leave the facility, they step into a world that can feel isolating. They may have moved to a new city, lost old relationships, or simply feel disconnected from anyone who understands their experience. Our in-person programs provide incredible support, but they're limited by geography and scheduling.
A digital platform changes that. It gives graduates a 24/7 connection to their ChannelMom sisters, their mentors, and a curated library of resources.
What to Expect
The platform will include:
- Discussion Forums — Safe, moderated spaces to share experiences, ask for advice, and celebrate wins
- Direct Messaging — Private conversations with mentors and fellow graduates
- Resource Directory — Denver metro resources for housing, employment, legal aid, childcare, and more
- Event Calendar — Stay connected with ChannelMom events, workshops, and gatherings
- Goal Tracking — Set personal goals, track milestones, and optionally share progress with your mentor
Privacy First
We've designed every aspect of the platform with privacy in mind. Display names only — no real names required. Profile visibility controls. No public-facing content. No search engine indexing.
Coming Soon
We're rolling out the platform in phases, starting with forums and direct messaging. Stay tuned for updates, and if you're a program graduate, watch for your invitation.
