By accessing and using the ChannelMom platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

The ChannelMom platform is invite-only. Access is granted to program graduates, mentors, and staff members at the discretion of our organization.

ChannelMom is available to users 18 years of age and older. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting our staff through the contact form or by messaging a staff member on the platform. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your personal data, including your profile, forum posts, messages, journal entries, goals, and reactions. Content you created in administrative capacities (such as resources or events) may be retained with your identity removed.

Community Standards

All users are expected to follow our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards. Users must treat all community members with respect and dignity.

Content Moderation

To maintain a safe and supportive community, all user-generated content is automatically screened using AI-powered moderation technology before being posted. Content that may violate our community guidelines is flagged for review by our staff. Staff members may review, remove, or restrict content that violates our guidelines. Users who repeatedly violate community standards may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform. By posting content, you grant ChannelMom a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

ChannelMom is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. The resources and information provided are for general guidance and do not constitute professional advice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
